Please note that we offer a "No Cancellation Policy."
We understand that on rare occasions a true emergency may occur. We will do our best to help you rebook a paid session due to a true emergency. Reach out to us at +60 13 6866 113 or email@example.com to request a rescheduling.
Rescheduling due to emergency reasons should be made at least 3 hours prior to the booked appointment.
If we are unable to locate your car at the specified location based on the information provided to us by you within 15 minutes of the appointment, the session will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
