Nanogamp's Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and new as the original.

 

You may file for a return/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product (s).

​Products must be obtained from our official website https://nanogamp.com.

 

In an event of a return/exchange, the postage cost is to be borne by the customer. If you received free shipping, you will receive a full refund minus our original shipping cost. If we have made an error, you will not be charged for shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times.

No return for products received as Free Gift or purchased under Sale or Promotion unless we made an error. Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.

 

Any shipping problems (for example, missing, damaged or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.

 

​The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.

* We may also require you to provide visual evidence (photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

Nanogamp reserves the right to:

Amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Reject any return requests which does not meet our return policy.

Withhold any return if your original item has not reached us.
